Explore the different areas of your dashboard:
Available tests
Your Available tests tab is where you view and accept invites to complete tests using one of our recorders. During these tests, you record your screen and audio so customers can see and hear your experience. Learn more about test types.
To accept a test invite, you’ll first need to qualify for the test by answering a set of screener questions. Learn more about screeners.
Surveys
On the Surveys tab, you’ll answer screeners for customer surveys. Learn more about taking surveys.
Test history
Visit your Test history tab for information about every test you’ve completed. On this tab, you can find the following details for each test:
- The date and time of upload
- The test session number
- The expected payment amount
- The scheduled payment date
- Any available rating or feedback
My profile
Use the My profile tab to make changes to your profile information.
Remember, keeping your profile updated helps us better match you with available tests. Learn more about editing your profile information.
Messages
From the Messages tab, you can view and respond to customer questions and comments. To learn more about sending and receiving messages, review the article “When should I use the Messages section?”
Help Center
The Help Center tab includes a collection of courses you can complete to learn all about taking tests.
